AIPSSCB Athletic meet 2014 - 2015

LIC hosted the AIPSSCB Athletic meet 2014-15 at Thyagraj Sports Complex, New Delhi from 09th to 11th December, 2014.

In the three day meet around 180 Athletes from the Public sector units like ONGC,HPCL,LIC,NCL, BSNL, AAICB and Coal-India etc. were participated.

36 Gold Medals were decided in 18 Events for Men and 18 Events for Women in the three day extravaganza between the top Athletes of the Country associated with the Public sector Units.

LIC clinched the Women trophy with 78 points, where ONGC wasthe Runner up with 79 points.

ONGC  clinched the Men trophy with 84 points, where LIC  was the Runner up with 57 points.

ONGC was the overall Champion of this Meet with 163 points, where LIC was the Runners up with 135 points and HPCL was the 2nd  Runner up with 23 points.

Neethu Mathew of LIC was declared as the Best Athlete of the Meet in Women section and Dharambir of LIC was the Best Athlete in Men section.
