Shri Vipin Kumar, is an IAS officer of 1996 batch, Bihar cadre and Chairman of Airports Authority of India, a sports passionate bureaucrat has been unanimously nominated as President of All India Public Sector Sports Control Board in the 16th Annual General Meeting held on 27th November, 2025 at New Delhi.

Shri Vinay Ranjan took over the charge as Director (Personnel & Industrial Relations), Coal India Limited from 28th July’2021. Shri Ranjan is a performance-focused people-oriented professional with extensive years of experience in entire gamut of HR, which includes large scale Lateral/campus hiring, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employer Branding, Compensation Management and Bench-marking, Change Management, Cultural Building, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, HRIS, Employee Productivity and Learning & Development.

Shri. Pramod Agrawal, an Indian Administrative Service Officer of Madhya Pradesh Cadre 1991 batch, took over as Chairman, Coal India Limited (CIL), the world’s largest coal producing company, on and from 1st February 2020. Prior to the assumption of the top post of the Maharatna coal mining behemoth, he was Principal Secretary, Department of Technical Education, Skill Development & Employment and Department of Labor, Government of Madhya Pradesh.

Mr Subhash Kumar is an industry veteran with over 36 years of experience in diverse activities across the Exploration & Production (E&P) value chain. He joined ONGC in 1985 as a Finance and Accounts Officer and served in different capacities.

Mr. Shashi Shanker is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in diverse E&P activities. He is a Petroleum Engineer from Indian School of Mines (ISM), Dhanbad. He also holds an MBA degree with specialisation in Finance.

Dinesh K Sarraf, 57, is the Former Chairman & Managing Director of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC), India's most valuable Maharatna public sector enterprise and one of the most premier E&P companies in the world. ONGC is one of the Fortune's Most Admired companies in the world.

Dr. A. K. Balyan is the Former MD & CEO of Petronet –LNG Limited, one of the fastest growing world-class companies in the Indian energy sector. Dr.Balyan has a vision of making Petronet LNG amongst the leaders in the LNG Business in the world and also diversify into related areas of the value chain.

Executive Committee meeting of All India Public Sector Sports Control Board (AIPSSCB) was held on 5th October 2013 at Amritsar.  The meeting was chaired by CMD-ONGC Shri Sudhir Vasudeva who is also President, AIPSSCB. The other dignitaries present were Dr. A. K. Balyan, MD-CEO, Petronet LNG Ltd, Executive Vice President (AIPSSCB). The meeting started with Presentation by Secretary General Shri J.S. Waraich who gave in depth analysis on working of AIPSSCB since he has taken over as Secretary,AIPSSCB.
